KING AIR 300 The King Air 300 is a descendant of the very popular B200 and is commonly referred to as a King Air 200 on steroids. The new changes included more powerful engines, changes to increase its aerodynamic effectiveness and upgrades to the internal avionics. The King Air 300 is recognizable by its low/straight wing, with 2 wing mounted, 4 bladed turboprop engines. It also incorporates a swept T-tail with swept horizontal stabilizer. Each side of the fuselage has 5 cabin windows. Piloted by a crew of 1 or 2, the King Air B200 is pressurized and can carry up to 9 passengers depending on configuration. The King Air 300 cruises at speeds up to 315 knots and has a range of 1,960 nautical miles.
